We can use our permit or yours to drop at our regional USPS facility.  We have been approved for the USPS MailAnywhere program so we can use your permit from another city and enter at our local post facility.  This allows you to handle postage at your end, ensure that your mailpieces have a local indicia, yet we handle all of the mail verification at our end.  We also have extensive expertise in USPS logistics so we can use a number of drop ship techniques (Express PMOD, PMOD, PMOD EMM Boxes, LTL, dedicated truck) to expedite delivery of your mail.

We use the following software:

  • BCC CASS Processing to standardize addresses, add ZIP+4 and carrier routes
  • 48 month NCOALink LSP with ANKLink for National Change of Address Processing
  • BCC DSF2 for walk sequencing carrier route databases
  • ARS Processing to resolve troublesome addresses
  • DMA and Deceased Suppression
  • PCOA-proprietary Change of Address Processing
  • Mail Manager FS for presorting
  • Mail.dat software for sophisticated eDOCs uploads
  • Custom proprietary software for mail tracking and specialized Mail.dat applications
